Orders within the European Union
For orders placed from a memberstate of the European Union your countrys local VAT will be charged directly when you place your order and the price you see when you check out is the final cost.

Orders from outside the European Union
For international orders please note that your package will most likely be subject to customs duty, VAT and handlings fees.

All countries have their own local laws and is nothing that Hybris/Merchsupply have any control over. These charges will not show when you place your order, these additional costs will be charged to you by your local authorities or by an appointed shipping-agent. Note that prices shown on the website are NOT inclusive of any customs, import duties or taxes that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Orders from UK
For certain countries, for example UK there is a minimum ordervalue and orders placed under this value will be cancelled and refunded. Minimum ordervalue to UK is currently 150€. We have partners within the UK that will not have any requirements for a minimum ordervalue. Please contact us at support@merchsupply.se and we will provide you with the information on how to find our UK-based partner webshop.


The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply. We ship with UPS and their partners. We will send you an email with the tracking number once we have processed your order.

Normal delivery time is 5-15 business days (depends on the final destination) During sales and holidays your order could take longer than normal to be processed and shipped. It could also take longer for you to receive an answer to your customer requests.

We only offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. In case our stock list is out of date, we will let you know via e-mail and you decide whether you will wait for the product to arrive in stock, change, or cancel your order.

All merchandise remains the property of Hybris/Merchsupply until full payment is received. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the authorities. Hybris/Merchsupply have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Hybris/Merchsupply reserves the right to correct or cancel orders with errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors 100% accurately.

Depending on the country you are situated in, different payment methods will be available at the checkout. Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. We only accept the payment methods offered to you in the checkout.

Declined items
All orders that are not picked up, rejected, unclaimed due to customs related fees or if you decline to sign for the delivered package, you will be charged a fee of 50€. This fee covers the costs of the shipping, processing fee, return shipping and handling. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after the package has been sent from us, you must still pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as “not picked up” and charged accordingly.

Damage during transport
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier before signing to receive the package. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at support@merchsupply.se

In case of returning an item/items you pay for all shipping costs. You will be responsible for the item during transport/shipping until we have received it.

You may return an item and get a refund within 14 days of the delivery. If you want to exchange your item please place a new order instead. No exchanges will be processed.

Please note that:
The item must be in the same condition when returning it as it was when you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging
If you fail to return the item in the same shape as the original product there will deduction equal to the resellability of the item.

We cannot refund any customs fees, import duties etc or taxes paid outside of EU.

The refund will be for the same amount that we received from you at the orderdate and we do not take responsibility for any currency changes.

Processing of returns of faulty goods/complains
If you discover a defect and want to file a complaint, take a picture of the damaged product and send it to support@merchsupply.se We will get back to you via email to inform you on how to proceed. Please do not send any items back before contacting us.

If the return is due to damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Hybris/Merchsupply we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. In this situation you must contact us at support@merchsupply.se and await further instructions. We will not be able to reimburse you afterwards if you fail to contact us regarding for e.g a faulty product and you ship it back before receiving instructions from us

If you are returning your goods from outside of the European Union you will need to fill out a customs form/customs declaration and send it together with the return package. You pay all fees related for this to the shipper. If returns are sent back and these fees are not paid, it will be deducted from the refund on the merchandise value. We cannot refund any customs fees, import duties or taxes paid outside of the European Union.

Security - Secure pages
All pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction are certified as what is commonly known as secure pages with an encrypted transfer of information. This guarantees that you are communicating with our shop and that the transfer of information is encrypted.

Personal details
All details that you leave with us or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled according to Swedish law.
The information given will be used by Hybris/Merchsupply in order to; fulfill your order, our undertakings and informing you of offers that will be attractive to you. We will also use this information for e.g marketing, statistics and bookkeeping. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files should be corrected or deleted.

We uses cookies to analyze traffic, ad measurements, statistics and to provide you with a functional shop.

Force majeure
If Hybris/Merchsupply fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, worldwide shortage, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar or other unmentioned matters, then Hybris/Merchsupply cannot be held responsible.
